Established in 2022, bluworks emerged as a remedy for the often overlooked and underserved blue-collar workforce that forms the backbone of all MENA economies.
Founders Farah Osman and Hussein Wahdan combine prowess in management, workforce development, and technology to provide blue-collar-dependent businesses with a highly customizable, organized, secured, and (most importantly) mobile-first HR integrated platform. Through their work, they aim to enhance the experience of tens of millions of blue-collar workers.
